Hello everyone!
Welcome to the tenth edition of Fiction Monday.
“Sometimes the ideas just come to me. Other times I have to sweat and almost bleed to make ideas come. It’s a mysterious process, but I hope I never find out exactly how it works. I like a mystery, as you may have noticed.” — J.K. Rowling
Some days I am bursting with plots, some days I can’t even hold my pen properly. Some nights I am forced to pick up my phone and jot down that random poem that grace my mind.
Writing sure is a mysterious process.
I am curious, how is your writing experience.

Fiction Monday
The idea is simple – to write fiction. On Mondays, I will post the prompt here. There will be a word prompt and a picture prompt. You have one week to respond with a story. You can choose to include both the prompts in your story or just one prompt – the choice is yours.
The expected word count is between 50 and 250.
You have time till September 12th Saturday, 2020.
Don’t forget to add the link to your story in the comments below. I will share your creations here along with the prompts for the eleventh edition on Monday the 14th.

Waiting to read your responses. ?

I don’t really write fiction but yes for other writing some days my head bubbles with ideas. On others, I am struggling.
Oh I love this pic- the red umbrella contrasting so well with the black ensemble and the way its posed- very very interesting. I shall once again say that I will try to join in, though I have been reading the posts people have been putting up in response 🙂
Oh! I love this picture so much.
That picture is so gorgeous! <3
I like the picture very much because of the red umbrella. I have one, a similar one. Can I write a fiction piece on any of the prompt? Now this is a big deal.
Sure, pick any prompt which catches your fancy, Anamika. It would be a pleasure to read your story.
