Hello everyone!
Welcome to the twenty-fourth edition of Fiction Monday.
“Every day is a chance to begin again. Don’t focus on the failures of yesterday, start today with positive thoughts and expectations.”
– Catherine Pulsifer
I think we can apply this thought even during midday or in the evening. Now is the time. When we decide it’s time to focus on our work, our creativity, that’s the starting point. What you say?

Fiction Monday
The idea is simple – to write fiction. On Mondays, I will post the prompt here. There will be a word prompt and a picture prompt. You have one week to respond with a story. You can choose to include both the prompts in your story or just one prompt – the choice is yours.
The expected word count is between 50 and 500. From the nineteenth edition onwards I am offering something different for fiction Monday. You are also welcome to offer your poetry and non-fiction musings along with fictional pieces if that’s your preferred area. The whole idea is to write. But we will continue to call this as #FictionMonday because why not!
You have time till December 19th Saturday, 2020.
Don’t forget to add the link to your story in the comments below. I will share your creations here along with the prompts for the twenty-fifth edition on Monday the 21st of December.

Hi Vini,
I missed out on last week’s post. I wrote half of it and then got busy with something else. Sorry!
But, here’s my this week’s fiction piece.

Hello, Vinitha!
I discovered, a litlle bit too late, but still in time, that every failure is the base of a new project! 🙂
