Blogging Random

NaBloPoMo February

I have signed up for NaBloPoMo for this month. Blogging daily is a great exercise for those writing muscles, no doubt there. I have signed up for NaBloPoMo in October and November and blogged daily until I fell ill. I am not happy with the way I am handling my blogs these days. Knowing me, I fear that I might gradually go back to being inconsistent in writing and then stop it altogether. So when I read Laurel’s post on reasons to join for NaBloPoMo- February, I couldn’t resist from joining. 🙂 Thank you Laurel for coming up with the reasons and inspiring me.

At first, I thought about signing up both the blogs for NaBloPoMo. Then I realized how hectic it would get, considering that I am not writing well these past days. So I didn’t sign up ‘Void Thoughts’ this time. But I intend to write there too, as much as I can – if possible, daily. After all, I stepped into the blogging world because of my creative writing. I am planning to write more on ‘Void Thoughts’ without prompts. No, I won’t just stop writing for the prompts. I would like to write more without the assistance of prompts, that’s all.

Are you signing up for NaBloPoMo-February? How do you manage to blog daily?

I am a Write Tribe Pro-Blogger.

  1. I have signed up for NaBloPoMo like you Vinitha. How do I manage blogging daily? Hmm, good question. Usually later in the evening after dinner or when I return home from choir or the like, though I often have an idea of what I wish to post. I thought this month, I would do my own take and create a lot of posts; however, I find the prompts helpful due to time limitations. 🙂 <3

  2. I joined NaBloPoMo for Feb. Seeing as I blog every day, it will be no effort for me. I’ve blogged every day for over two years. What I do is to use daily news for my prompt. I find it works for me and I’ve developed the routine of writing daily.

  3. I have tried NaBloPoMo in December and Jan. Though not that successful to blog daily, but have tried to at least reach 20+ posts a month. All the best to you for the challenge :).
